Welcome to the Notting Hill Genesis letting application portal

There are a few things for you to complete in order for us to assess your suitability for this property. As part of the process, you will need to complete several forms, which will be provided through the portal in different stages.

To progress through the first stage of your application:

1. Please complete the attached application form under "My Application" ('2_Pre_tenancy_application')
2. Please upload:
• Three months consecutive bank statements for all your current bank accounts
• Immigration status information for all applicants and household members over 18 (for example a residence permit or a passport)
• A valid and current photo ID for all household members
• A photo of each adult in the household (if photo ID is not available)
• Proof of address for all members of the household e.g. a child benefit letter, utility bill or doctor’s letter (this needs to be dated within the last three months)
• Proof of income:
• A child benefit letter/child tax credit letter
• Three months/12 weeks’ worth of payslips
• Benefit letters

Please complete the application form and provide the requested documentation as soon as you can, so that you don’t risk losing your potential home.

You’ll need to download the application forms that need to be completed from the “My Application” page. The link to this area is below. Once you have completed the forms please upload them back onto the portal.

It’s important that you don’t press submit in the portal until you have completed the sign-up form and uploaded all the documentation mentioned above.

Once this information is submitted, we will review the documentation and provide you with an update as soon as we can.
